The water bubbles wasn't that hard to draw anyway. I used to painted them in a hard way because I never knew there is a way to create my own brushes customize in Photoshop lol. Glad I finally figured out to created my own brushes of skin texture. Well, creating the bubbles brush is much easier for me to finish quicker so I don't have to paint thousand of bubbles one by one.
You can download the bubble brushes I've created in Photoshop. They're also compatible with CS4 as well.(fav.me/d4gqg0k)
As you can see the pearl necklaces which is all just break off from her neck one by one as they're flowing slowly around. So I have to blur some of them. The diamonds are also wrap around her tail as well.

Cordelia is a little mermaid who collected jewelry, pearl necklaces, diamonds and many other jewelries from the hidden treasure chest that the pirates left behind after of battles between pirates and the Great Britain's ship.
Not only gorgeous and attractive -- perhap she became very aggressive when feel threaten, the same reason of those memaids in the Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides. She can be evil and lure her preys into a trap; especially sailors and villagers. Although her tails is one definitely poison when touch which can burn like an electricity shock as jellyfish attack, however, it's very deadly. It can get an infection and cause an enemy to get very ill if not careful or not treat properly, which will cause death.
